Bank statement is required for Chinese x visa? and when will be the validity of x type starts

Umar, in normal cases the bank statement is not required for X type application, but the consular officer may ask for it. The X type is valid from the date of issue.1

I have received JW202 and admission letter from University of Aeronautics & Astronauts 3 days back through DHL. When should i come to Chinese Embassy or Consulate to stamp my visa on my passport? And which document are required beside these two letters original documents and medical certificate?
Kindly guide me i am little confused about that when will i go because the x type will issue for 30 days, and when these 30 days will start, after stamping the visa or after arival to china.0

In Prospectus there is written that the X1 type is valid for 30 days after your arrival.1
