Chandu, if you go to Macau and HK for a stay of not exceeding 30 days and 14 days respectively, no entry permit is needed because Indian passport holders are allowed to enter HK and Macau for a stay of not over 14 days and 30 days respectively. You just need to provide your passport, the return ticket, enough travel fees and hotel reservation with you.
For the visit to Macau, you should prepare at least MOP 5,000 as the show money.
