can a philippine citizen apply for a chinese working permit here in bangkok?

Hello,l am a Philippine citizen working and living here in Thailand for the past 15 years, and married to a Thai with 2 kids. Unfortunately the business( stenter machines manufacturing) here is not good and my company is closing down its business for good .Since my employer has another company there in PRC, he wants me to work there but I understand that I must go back to the Philippines to process my documents there. Is it possible if I process my documents here in Bangkok, because If in the Philippines it may take a month or two to process the required documents?Thank you very much.

Ariel, you can possibly apply for the work Z type from Bangkok. After you submit your application to the CVASC, it usually takes 4 working days to process it.
