About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

I want to know about the charges of a 100 ks garments from Tianjin to Manila...Thanks

Do you mean 100'kg' garments? As I know, packages of this weight can not be delivered as a parcel. You should send it as a cargo and the cost should be around CNY1,000.
