The dress code is 'casual' but I was wondering what the meaning of 'workplace casual' is in China? Will I be allowed to wear dresses with tights and flat shoes for example? Or blouses with black jeans?

That means you can wear comfortable clothes to work. Simple and neat blouses and trousers are suitable. However, never wear slippers, vests, or colorful clothes.
