i am going for a seminar in hong kong,the seminar starts on the 4th of july.i hope i can still  meet up with the date.how fast can i get the hong kong entry permit from nigeria

If you submit your application to the embassy of PRC and your application is processed there, it usually takes 4 working days and it costs 6,700 naira.  But if your application if transferred to HK immigration department, it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks and costs HKD 190. Besides, you also need to pay the commission fee of 2,200 naira.
