You can take a coach from LY Bus Station, and get off at Lushan County first. The bus schedules are 05:30, 08:30, 11:00, 12:00, 12:50, 13:45, 15:10 and 16:00. It costs CNY 45 per person. Then take a taxi to Lushan County Old Bus Station which located at west side of intersectino of Zhanqian Street and Renmin Road. After arriving, you can find many tourist buses that can take you to the scenic area. Have fun!
