Take bus line 1A from Middle Road Tsim Sha Tsui Station to Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate Station. Then, change to bus line 86 from Kowloon Bay (Telford Garden) Station to Cruise Terminal. The fare totals HKD 12.7, and the trip takes about 75 minutes.
