About:Year of the Horse

Iam 1 Nov 1990 ...i‘m planing to change my job.. Currently iam working has S/W engineer.

About my interest I like to go abroad ,also like to be an interior designer..,i wanted to check .which will be best choice for me changing my job same has S/w engineer or change my career has an interior designer?. Mostly is it good time for me to change my job ?
