From Nanjing to Tulou Country

Hi, I want to go to the famous Tulou villages with my Dad & Brother. I understand that the easiest way is to take the train from Shanghai to Nanjing （南靖） but how do I get to the Tulou villages from Nanjing. Can I hire a driver at the station? Do you recommend to stay over night or can I do it in one day?
