Bus with number starting with 5 in Guilin

I read from Wikitravel that public tourist buses in downtown starting with #5 for example bus no. 58 are free. Can I confirm if this is so?

Yes, it is true. City bus nos. 51-58 are free and they mainly pass the major attractions in town.
