About:Beijing - Ulaanbaatar Trains: K23/ K24

Train number K23 from Beijing to Ulan Baatar.

it leaves at 11.22 and arrives at Ulan Bataar at 11.40
Is that 11.22 AM or PM
and arrive at 11.40AM or PM

I think you mixed K23 and K24. K23 departs from BJ at 11:22am and arrive at Ulan Bator at 14:30pm the next day. K24 is the trip departs from Ulan Bator instead around 7:30am and arrive the next day around 11:40am.
