About:Vaccinations for Travel to China

I believe my husband and I are up to date with our vaccinations because of our trip to Africa.

We do need to get a Hepatitis A&B Booster. We will be traveling on the Yangtze River and wondered if it was advised to get the Japanese Encephalitis vaccine?
We took malaria medication while we were in Africa -- would that also recommended for China? We have our Yellow Fever Certificates.

Since there is no severe outbreak of the Japanese Encephalitis along Yangtze River right now, it is ok if you don't get vaccinated.
As I know, malaria medication belongs to prescription medicine. It is not allowed to enter CN. But this kind of medicine can be easily required at any pharmacy in CN. You can buy some after you get to the country.
