About:Hong Kong MTR Tickets & Fares

Personal octupus card in hong kong?

I will come to HK spend holiday with my Wife and child, 12 years old. Do we need personal octubus card each or only one card and I Bush the buttom three times at mtr or bus?

If I exchange bus, do I have to use octubus card again?

Firstly, you should know that one card is only for each person, so you need three. And the Standard Card is the best choice. Skip the Personal Card. As your kid is 12 years old, he/she can get the Child Card. Both types of cards need 50HKD refundable deposit and your kid just need 20HKD for Initial Stored Value and 100HKD for u and ur wife.
