About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA at Shekou Port?

Hi, I'm holding Indonesian passport. i'm planning to go to Shenzhen directly from HKIA (Via Shekou)
Is it possible? Can i apply for VOA at Shekou port? Many people said that I only can apply for VOA at Luo Hu.

I also heard this saying. It seems that you can't apply for the VOA at Shekou, but you can have a try. If you fail, then go to Luohu Port to apply.
