Does this bus stop by the cruise terminal and is it a hop on hop off bus?. Thanks

Hello Alex. Now the city only has a Round Island Sightseeing Bus and it stops by the International Cruise Terminal (Dongdu). And it is a hop-on & hop-off bus for the convenience of tourists.0
