About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

HK -Beijing - HK 72 hours

Travelling from Hong Kong to Beijing on New Zealand passport for 24 hours staying at hotel in Beijing and then returning to Hong Kong. ..valid for 72 hours visa free??

Sarah, it is not eligible for the 72 hour free transit, but you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. Thus, no entry permit is needed either.
