The admission fee is CNY 50 per person.
You may take bus line 103 from Hayibai Station to Hongqi Street, and change to bus line 333 to Xiajia Waizi. Then, taxi there for about CNY 10.
Or, you can take a free shuttle bus to the museum. The buses depart from Longta Tower at 9:00 and 12:00 at weekends. From the church to Longta Tower, take bus line 23 from Sculpture Art Square to Changjiang Road. Walk west for about 300 yards to it.0
