About:Year of the Tiger

My better half have been working overseas (KWI) .Now he got a job offer in Romania.

Is this a good time for our family to move another country and for him to change job and company?
And is it a good chance for me to get a job there? I am Female Rat June 9,1984.Male Tiger September 29,1962
