About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

My checked baggage is delayed/lost by China Southern airlines when fly from Guangzhou to SFO.

Do I get reimbursed for purchases (toiletries and basic clothing) that I have to make since I do not have my baggage?

Yes, you can get reimbursed and the compensation amount is CNY100 per kilogram at most.
