I am planning to go Mt.Huashan on FEB 16-18. Will it open if its snowing on this day?

The mountain is open all year round. It won't be closed when it is snowing. But several dangerous paths and scenic spots would be suspended because of the bad weather.
According to previous weather statistics, it may be cloudy and snow slightly sometimes. The temperature may range from 25F to 50F. It is quite cold. You may take down jackets, sweaters, warm pants and shoes.
If it happens to snow during your visit, you may wear crampons on your shoes for your safety. Take care and have fun! :)4
