How can I take free shuttle bus from hk airport to holiday inn express, causeway bay?

Do i have to buy any ticket? i fly with Thai Airways. Thank you for your feedback.

Yes, you need to buy the Airport Express tickets.
Take AE train from HKIA to HK Station first. It costs HKD 100, and takes about 25 minutes. Then, take free shuttle bus line K2 to Stop 3: Regal Hotel.
The bus is free of charge, but you need to present AE train ticket to/from Airport Station and a same day Airline Ticket/Boarding Pass before boarding. Upon arrival, walk west for about 600 yards to the hotel. :)
