About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

24 hours transit visa for sightseeing-Indian passport holder with USA Green card

I hold the Indian passport with US Green card and going to India for a visit via Beijing. Can i get a 24 hrs direct transit for a day sightseeing? I have my connecting flight to India within 16 hours of arriving in Beijing.
