If we 1 monthly overstay

My friend went China single entry visa but they 1month overstay and immigration bureau Beijing arrest him and I can't contact with him. Can you help me ya can give me immigration helpline no.

I have the same problem. My girlfriend has been working as a nanny in China and last weekend was flying to Australia. She didnt think she had to renew her entry permit and it had lapsed since April. She was arrested at the airport in PRC and has been held in jail. I only heard from her today and she said the fine was 20,000 and has no idea how long she will be in jail. The authorities havent even let her embassy know she is in jail. Very Scary.
