What is the best way to go from Xian downtown to South Railway Station?

You can take metro line 2 to Fengqiyuan Station, Exit D. Then, change to bus line 918 to South Railway Station.
Or, you can take a taxi from downtown area directly. The fare may be CNY 80-90 in usual time. :)0
