About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Chinese Visa in Houston

Hello, I'm Mexican but I'm leaving on Monday to the US. Afterwards I'll go to PRC but I dont have a Chinese entry permit right now. Will it be possible to get it in the Houston Chinese Consulate even if i'm not American? Thanks.

Fernando, if you have valid entry permit for USA, it’s possible for you to apply for it from there.
