i want to change my university after getting the visa

Question

If i get a X1 type with a particular university and then if i want to join with the any other university is it possible? Reason for this is i already got offer letter from one university and waiting for another university.where i would want to study. Since that will take long time i do not wanna waste time on getting the X type. So what will i need to do in order to change my university?

Shilajit, it is possible, but the premise is that your current school is willing to give you a dropout certificate. And the new school needs to give you the admission letter and JW form. Afterwards, you can go to the local PSB where the new school locates to change your residence permit.
