I have Q2 visa, can I change it to Q1 type?

Hi..my name is Arslan arif and i have married with a chinese girl and i just got Q2 type for 3 months in pakistan...i want to know that after i go to PRC can i change my Q2 type to Q1 type??becoz i want to stay there more long time,may be 1 or 2 years or more...thank u
