Is there a bus that goes from Wu Dao Kou station to Beijing Univeristy East Gate along Chengfu Rd?

Sure. You can find no. 307 or 549 near Wudaokou station. Take either of them and get off at Zhongguanyuan. Then you will be very close to the east gate of the university. It takes only about 10min by bus.
