About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

US-Shanghai-Hong Kong-Shanghai-US

I will be spending 5 days in Shanghai, traveling to Hong Kong, then spending another 5 days in Shanghai before returning to the US. Am I able to use the 144-hour free transit twice?
