Well, the last coach from the airport to Baoding is scheduled at 23:00. But I'm afraid that you cannot catch it. Thus there is no other public transportation to there. You can stay at a hotel nearby the airport and start off in the next early morning. The earliest coach schedule to Baoding is at 9:30. The duration is about 1.5 hours. It costs CNY 45 per person.
