About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Can i take free shuttle bus (to/from) even though im not staying in the hotel listed in the list?

Eg: take the shuttle bus from AE and drop at HK cityview hotel (vice versa).

Yes, it's ok for you if you don't stay at that hotel.
But the premise is that you need to buy the AE tickets. Then you can take the free shuttle bus line K5 and get off at the 1st bus stop.
