About:How to Make Phone Calls

Hi, I'm trying to call Tianqiao PA Center in Beijing, China from UK. The number is 400 6353355.

The phone does not connect. I have tried to call 86 10 400 635 3355 and also without the number "10". Is there another phone number I can call? I also tried to email them but the email does not go through. Please help! Thank you

Meilee, as I understand, the number can only be connected in mainland China. That is why you cannot get it through from abroad. You can try to contact them through emailing at programing@tartscenter.com. Good luck！
