Can I took shuttle bus From/To Kowloon Station to Royal Plaza Hotel?

with standard octopus card and Airline ticket/boarding pass

No, I'm afraid not. First of all, only AE Passengers can enjoy this free shuttle bus service. And you need to show the AE train tickets before getting on the bus. Showing Standard Octopus Card and airline tickets is not enough.
