Hi, i will be going to hong kong 11th to 17th Nov. we will be staying at tsim sha tsui, Park Hostel.

For me, I think the must visit places in HK are Victoria Harbour, Victoria Peak, Wong Tai Sin Temple, Lan Kwai Fong, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui. Ocean Park and Disneyland are also recommended if you have child. Since your time is ample, you may refer to the following route for your reference:
Day 01: Full day at Disneyland
Day 02: Ocean Park, Victoria Peak, Lan Kwai Fong, Madame Tussauds
Day 03: Lantau Island, Tian Tan Buddha, Tsim Sha Tsui
Day 04: Victoria Harbour, Avenue of Stars, Yau Ma Tei, Temple Street
Day 05: Mong Kok, Harbour Town
Day 06: Star Ferry, Causeway Bay, Wong Tai Sin Temple

From HK, you can take Turbo-jet to have a day trip to Macau. I suggest you visit Ruins of St. Paul's Cathedral first, then visit Monte Fort, A-Ma Temple and Venetian Resort Hotel, then go back to HK. Or you may stay one night at Macau and take your time to explore more of this city.
