About:Lijiang Old Town
Coming from Shangrila I'll reach Tiger Leaping Gorge before Lijiang. Could buy Protecion Fee there?

I am afraid not. You can buy the protection fee at the old town or Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Also touring the gorge doesn't require protection fee.0
