Hi, I will travel to Guangzhou east station by subway.Can you please advise me whether I can:1) Return Yan Cheng Tong card @ exit J & H2) Buy tickets to Shenzhen @ exit E, I & GIs the walking distance far between the exits     J/H     and    E/I/G?I will be carrying quite few large luggages with me. Please advise.If it is far, would you kindly recommend me where I should return the YCT card as I will be staying at 2nd Workers' Cultural Place. Thank you very much :)

The card office in the H&J direction should be OK for the card return. However, it do not work on Saturday. The work time is 9am to 7pm during working days and 10am to 4pm on Sunday. You need buy the railway ticket at the railway ticket counter. You can do it via the ticket counters on the 1F. They are walking distance.
