Yes, Jinjiang Inn (East Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street Branch) is highly recommended. The price is around CNY 500 per night in usual time. It has comfortable living environment and warm service. And you can just walk to that scenic area. The exact location is No.299, East Nanjing Road, Huangpu District. Hope you like.
