About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Fly from Vancouver,Canada to Guangzhou for 1hr55min layover before flying to Denpasar, Bali.

Is this enough time? Because this is an international to international flight, does that mean I don't have to go through security?

In general, the transfer time is enough. But you need to go through security check. Here are the procedures: Flight Arrival- Inspection & Quarantine- Check in- Immigration Inspection- Customs- Security Check- Waiting for Boarding.
