i am going to china several time for business. presently one year visa i have . but we are decided to get marriage properly. and i want to go there permanently . i have my divorced certificate and notarized but i knew need a single certificate for get marry but single certificate issue only our special branch and district commissioner. it is long time procedure . so tell me how can marry with my gf. and which one best in marriage bangladesh or china resigtration marry . and without single certificate can possible to residence ? ps ans me .

Joy, the single status certificate is necessary for you two to get married in PRC, so you have to get it first.It’s better to get married in Bangladesh because you can apply for a family Q1 type directly after you marriage and then enter PRC to get a residence permit and live there.
