Oh, it is fine to visit in early Mar. when it is neither cold nor hot. If going into the park, the temperature may be a little lower beacuse of the exuberant trees. I suggest you prepare long-sleeved shirt or light sweater, jacket and jeans. The scenery can be charming; as well as that, it is not during the peak season, so you will fully enjoy yourself.1
