Information about Study Visa (X type)

Hello,

I am Jibon from Bangladesh. I got "School Admission Letter & JW202 Form" from a China School. They told me I can apply either for X1 or X2 but which option I will select under "2.2 Intended number of entries" in the application form if I want to apply for X1 type? Also will I need to present my bank statement or my parent's will be accepted too? I can't see any options for guarantor in the application form. Anyone can give me correct instructions please. Thanks in advance.
