I'm staying at royal plaza hotel, prince edward road west, Hongkong. How to travel to Lautau Island?

Well, the island covers a large area. I wonder where you are going to visit. Is it the Big Buddha and Polin Monstery? If so, I suggest you walk from ur hotel to Prince Edward, where you can take Tsuen Wan MTR line to Lai King. Then change to Tung Chung line and get off at Tung Chung. Walk out from exit B and find the NP360 cable car to onto the peak and find the two sites for a visit.
