Question

My wife is a Chinese citizen. im an Asian and we got married in dubai. how I can register my name in my wife hukou ? is it possible? What are the documents required?

You mean to add your name and information onto your wife's Hukou Booklet? I'm afraid you can't. Only if you get Chinese citizenship, it's possible that you can get Hukou.
