transport from new century port (yichang) to yichang east railway station

Question

I will disembark the ship at New Century Port (Yichang) at 1 pm, and will continue the travel to Wuhan by rail from Yichang East station (I have a 3:38 pm ticket). Does the time allow for me to take a taxi from the river port to the station? How much will it be? And is it easy to take a taxi from the river port? Or is it better to pre-rent a car (taxi)? How much will it be? Sorry for these so many questions. Thank you.

The distance is about 20km, taking taxi cost 40-50rmb, takes 40-60min, so the time is enough to catch the train. Normally it is not very hard to get a taxi, you could let the staff on the cruise ship help you to get a taxi.
