footballer in Ghana.I have a trail in PRC and I have be sent with the invitation how I get the visa

Laurel, you can apply for an F type for the trail. You need to prepare the required documents first including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-sized color photo taken recently, and the invitation letter from the trail. And then submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for the F type.

You can just apply for a single-entry F type which costs USD 50.
