About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Visa validity for inviting

My entry permit will expire on November 14 2016. I am planning to invite my parents and plan it on month of June. Is my entry permit still valid to invite them since it will only have 5months of validity?

You have residence permit in PRC, right? If yes and the residence permit can last until November 14th, 2016, you can invite your parents to enter PRC.
