How can i reach summer palace from Beijing Dawang Road? And how long does it take?

Take subway line 1 from Dawang Road Station and get off at Xidan Station. Then transfer to line 4 to Beigongmen Station, Exit A. The whole way takes around 55 mins. And the ticket fare is CNY 6 per person. After that, walk northwest around 450 yards (410 meters) to find the scenic area.

Thanks Louis. I checked the map also to confirm. The exits at the station are A1,A2, C & D. As per the map, exit D looks closest to the destination. Please correct me if i am wrong.

Dear Ronnie, the exits are A, C, and D. Both Exit A and D are very convenient for you. Then, just walk west for about 300 yards to the north gate of the palace. Take it easy! :)
