About:Embassy & Consulates of Mongolia in China

Visa/LOI for Costa Rica citizen

I'm want to apply for the visa, but it seems I need the LOI though the source I found I need is not reliable, do I really need one? Where can I check?
If I really need it, how can I get one?

Nathalia, the LOI is required. If you have a friend in Mongolia, you can ask him/her to issue an invitation letter to you. If not, you can find a travel agency and get the invitation letter.
