Can I use Singapore POSB bank ATM card to withdraw cash from China banks' ATMs?

What is the withdraw limit on cash withdrawal( CNY 1000--2000--3000?)

Most of the POSB bank cards have the symbol of Master, you can withdraw cash on ATMs which have the same symbol.
As I know, the withdraw limit is CNY3,000 in most ATMs in PRC.
